ICO -

JM Radiology has been registered with the ICO since 2015.

The UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.

CQC -

The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. JM Radiology Ltd is has been registered as a Service Provider by the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. The Registered Manager is Dr Jamil Makdissi.

ADI - Member

JM Radiology is a member of the ADI.

The Association of Dental Implantology is a charity whose mission is to advance education in the field of dental implantology for the benefit of the public.

Dr Makdissi lectures at several study clubs throughout the year to help bring ADI dentists up to speed on CBCT. He was a keynote speaker at the ADI Team Congress 2017.

GDC -

The General Dental Council regulates dental professionals in the UK, maintaining standards for the benefit of patients.

Dr Jamil Makdissi has been GDC registrant since 2001. He is on the specialist list for Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology.

BSID - Advisor

As of 1st April 2019, Dr Makdissi has been the clinical advisor for the British Society of Implant Dentistry, by special invitation of Dr Punit Shah.

BDA - Member

The BDA are the voice of Dentists and Dental Students in the UK and have been protecting dentists since 1880. Dr Makdissi has been a member of the BDA for many years. As past president of the Metropolitan Branch of the BDA, he has worked closely with them throughout the years and remains a valued member of this organisation.

RCR - Member

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) leads, educates and supports doctors who are training and working in the specialties of clinical oncology and clinical radiology. Dr Makdissi has been a member of the Royal College since 2000 and obtained his diploma of dental radiology in 2004.

RCS - Fellow and Elected Member of the Board

The Royal College of Surgeons is committed to enabling surgeons to achieve and maintain the highest standards of surgical practice and patient care. Dr Makdissi has been a fellow of RCS of England since 1999, he is also an elected member of the board for the faculty of dental surgery.
